Our Goal

Our goal is to provide a no add-on pure MBA interview practice experience and set you up on the road to your dream business school.

Why we started this ?

While we were preparing for our MBA interviews we found it very difficult to get good interview practice sessions without spending a lot of money. After having gone through the MBA grind ourselves and having worked in multiple work places with MBA grads from different schools  , we believe there are simple but often looked qualities that a candidate can rely upon to be successful at the interview stage. We see a lot of people who are anxious about just the interview itself and believe we can offer the right amount of insight and practice one needs to be successful.

What do we offer and why us?

You have already done the hard work, you have prepared for the GMAT/CAT and other competitive exams. You have even done the hard work of pushing through a stellar essay to your dream business school and guess what the results are out and they loved it. You have cracked the first step, now they want to interview you, get to know you a little better see if you are a "good fit" for their class. This is the step where we come in.

Having gone through several interview sessions ourselves, we believe the easiest and best way to succeed in MBA interviews is targeted practice. We have often seen candidates who choose to highlight areas of their candidature that they believe are best suited to the school but it is important to evaluate the schools needs and the type of MBA candidates the school would consider an ideal fit.

We break down our approach in the following way

1. We carry out an assessment of the schools that the candidate is aspiring towards and what that school is looking for in a candidate. We speak to as many alumni from that school to get a perspective of what an ideal candidate looks like and also try to map areas in the candidates profile that matches or needs highlighting to match that profile.

2. Candidate is asked to fill a resume and questionnaire detailing their experiences both professional and personal that has lead them to become the people they are at the moment. We have a detailed questionnaire that helps the candidate assess their own story without having to think about standard interview questions like “strengths and weaknesses” alone.

3. Candidate then chooses a time slot available for a practice interview session with us. There is no commitment to register for a bundle or sessions unlike other “MBA prep institutes offerings”.

4. We go through a 30 minute telephonic interview with a 15 minute detailed feedback session, focussing on areas of improvement and an honest assessment of the interview. This we believe is the essential bit.
